Who we are
Voxaris ("we", "us") operates voxaris.io and provides AI marketing services including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI-ready website builds, and AI-personalized video outreach (Talking Postcard). Voxaris is based in Orlando, Florida, USA.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including:
- Contact details you submit through our demo booking, audit request, or contact forms (name, email, phone, business name)
- Business information relevant to the services you request (website URL, service category, location)
- Communications you have with us (email, SMS, call notes)
We also collect standard usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) via privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use information
- Deliver the products and services you request
- Respond to inquiries and schedule demos
- Send service-related communications (audit reports, project updates, follow-ups)
- Improve our services and measure their effectiveness
Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information — including mobile phone numbers — with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business (hosting, transactional email, CRM, scheduling, analytics, SMS delivery via Twilio) under confidentiality terms and only to the extent necessary to provide the service you requested. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
SMS / text messaging
We send transactional SMS messages only to users who voluntarily submit their mobile phone number through our website forms (including voxaris.io/audit) or via Facebook Lead Ads. By submitting the form, you explicitly consent to receive 1–4 low-volume follow-up SMS messages related to your free AI Visibility Audit, including a link to your report and scheduling reminders.
No SMS messages are sent without this explicit form submission. Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are never shared with third parties or used for third-party marketing.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies but does not exceed 4 messages per audit request.
Connected advertising & social accounts (Voxaris Marketing Mind)
For clients we manage, we operate a marketing-operations platform called Voxaris Marketing Mind (mind.voxaris.io). When an authorized account owner connects a platform — for example, signing in with Facebook to link a Meta Ads account, Facebook Page, or Instagram account, or connecting Google — we access that platform's data through its official API and OAuth flow, strictly on the connecting account's behalf.
From Meta we may access advertising data (ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, and performance insights) and basic Page information (the list of Pages you manage and engagement metrics), using the permissions ads_read, ads_management, business_management, pages_read_engagement, and pages_show_list. We store the OAuth access token encrypted at rest and never receive your password.
We use this data only to read, report on, and manage marketing campaigns for the account that authorized the connection. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for any purpose other than operating the service that account requested. You can disconnect at any time, which revokes and deletes the stored token — see our Data Deletion page.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Florida and US residents have rights under applicable state law. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. Contact us at the address below to exercise any of these rights.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the "CCPA/CPRA"), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information. This section describes those rights and how to exercise them.
Categories of personal information we collect. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories:
- Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, business name, and IP address.
- Commercial / professional information — your website URL, service category, business location, and the services you inquire about.
- Internet / electronic activity — pages visited, device type, and approximate location, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
- Communications — the content of emails, SMS messages, and call notes you exchange with us.
Purposes for collection. We use these categories to deliver the products and services you request, respond to inquiries and schedule demos, send service-related communications (including your audit report), and improve and measure our services. We do not use sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
Your rights. Subject to verification, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and request a copy of it.
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (see below).
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service for exercising any of these rights.
We do NOT sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold or shared personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA) in the preceding 12 months, and we have no plans to do so. We do disclose personal information to the service providers and contractors listed on our Security page solely so they can perform services on our behalf.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a valid opt-out request. When we detect a GPC (or legacy Do-Not-Track) signal, we do not load analytics. See our Cookies & Tracking page for details.
How to exercise these rights. Email admin@voxaris.io or use our contact form. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization and verification of your identity.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of first-party cookies for core site functionality and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use ad retargeting or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser; parts of the site may be less functional as a result. See our Cookies & Tracking page for details.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced on this page.
