Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing voxaris.io or engaging Voxaris for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services. A signed service agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Services

Voxaris offers SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), website builds, Talking Postcard campaigns, and related AI marketing infrastructure. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate order form or statement of work.

Payment

Your proposal itemizes one-time project or setup fees, monthly services, and any usage or third-party costs. Included deliverables and payment milestones are agreed before work begins. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google and Meta, or passed through at cost with no markup. Our management fee is either a flat monthly fee or a percentage of managed spend, depending on the scope; your proposal states which. Fees are payable as specified in your order form. Recurring services are billed in advance. Late payments may incur interest at the lesser of 1.5%/month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely feedback on deliverables
• Hold all necessary rights to any content you supply to Voxaris
• Comply with applicable laws when using our deliverables (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, etc.)

Intellectual property

You own your website, domain, content, ad accounts and data. Voxaris software is licensed for the agreement term; access and branded software deployments end when the license ends. Your signed agreement defines payment, transfer and third-party license requirements. Voxaris retains its pre-existing tools and frameworks.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Voxaris services to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications; to violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, or any comparable law; to impersonate any person; or to distribute malware or other harmful code.

Visibility checks and SMS

Every engagement starts with a free AI-visibility check: a few verified, researched findings and a practical next step. Schedule a review for the full visibility check. Submitting a request does not confirm a meeting, a delivery deadline, or an automatic full report.

Providing a phone number alone does not authorize texts. If you separately check our optional SMS consent box, you agree to automated acknowledgment and personal follow-up texts from Voxaris about your inquiry. Warranties & disclaimers

Voxaris services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee rankings, leads, AI citations or revenue; projections in a proposal are estimates, not commitments. Search engines, AI answer engines and advertising platforms are operated by third parties outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxaris's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Voxaris is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Most monthly engagements begin with a six-month term, then continue month to month with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Your agreement specifies the applicable term, renewal and cancellation requirements. Either party may terminate an engagement per the notice terms in the applicable order form. Fees accrued prior to termination remain due. Sections on IP, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
