SMS & Voice AI Terms
Last updated:
This page covers the rules that apply when you give Voxaris or a Voxaris-powered customer deployment your phone number — for SMS follow-up, voice AI receptionist callbacks (Sydney), or appointment reminders.
Consent
Submitting your phone number through a Voxaris-powered estimator, booking widget, or quiz constitutes express written consent to receive transactional SMS and AI-voice calls from Voxaris or the contractor whose property you submitted your inquiry for.
Calls placed by our AI voice receptionist (Sydney) are disclosed as such within the first sentence of the call, consistent with the FCC's February 2024 ruling on AI-generated voice messages.
Calls and texts are placed using an AI / automated dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time using the methods below.
Message frequency
Up to 6 messages per month per active inquiry. Frequency varies based on appointment status and follow-up cadence.
Standard message and data rates may apply through your wireless carrier. Voxaris does not charge for SMS.
How to opt out
- SMS: reply STOP to any Voxaris-sent message. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START.
- Voice: ask Sydney to remove you, or email admin@voxaris.io with the phone number to unsubscribe.
How to get help
- SMS: reply HELP for support contact info.
- Email: admin@voxaris.io
- Phone: 407.819.5809
Quiet hours
We do not send SMS or place AI-voice calls between 9pm and 8am in the recipient's local time zone, except for direct replies to inbound messages you initiate.
TCPA & state-law disclosures
Voxaris and Voxaris-powered customer deployments comply with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state telephone-solicitation laws (FL, CA, TX, OK, WA, FL Stop Caller Act). If you believe you've received a message in violation of any of these laws, please notify us at admin@voxaris.io so we can suppress your number immediately.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS to active recipients.
