Local visibility system
Stop buying shared leads. Own your town's Google, Maps, and AI answers.
Voxaris builds the system that gets local businesses found — and turns the calls into booked jobs. You own everything we build.
or call (407) 819-5809The shared-lead treadmill
Shared leads are rented. Five of you get the same homeowner.
You do not buy a customer from a lead marketplace. You buy a chance at one, alongside everybody else who bought the same chance — and you pay whether or not the phone gets answered, whether or not the homeowner was ever going to hire anyone.
The same lead, sold more than once
One homeowner fills out one form. That form is sold to several contractors at once, and all of them call within the same hour.
You pay for the attempt, not the job
The invoice arrives whether the number was real, whether it was answered, and whether the homeowner had any intention of hiring.
You are renting the relationship
Stop paying and the pipeline stops the same day. Nothing you bought accumulates: no ranking, no profile, no asset with your name on it.
We know because it happened to us. The story is further down this page →
What we do
One system. It makes you findable, then it makes you the obvious choice.
- 01
A website you own
Fast, structured, and yours — not rented from an agency that switches it off when you leave.
- 02
Google & Maps that rank you first
The local pack and the organic result, worked together, in the towns you actually serve.
- 03
AI answers that name you
When a homeowner asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google's AI Overview for someone local, you want to be the name it says.
- 04
Local Services Ads, run for you
Google-screened, pay for real calls rather than clicks, and managed end to end so the leads land where the rest of the system can work them.
Flat monthly · no % of ad spend · no long-term contracts · cancel anytime · you own everything we build.
Proof
Real businesses, real positions, real phones ringing.
One campaign, twenty-six days, reconciled against the ad account rather than a deck.

The reason this company exists
Angi’s shared leads helped close our family company. I built what we needed instead.
We ran a kitchen and bath company in Orlando. When the phone slowed down we did what every contractor does — we bought leads. Then we bought more, because the ones we bought were shared with everyone else who bought them.
The invoices kept coming. The jobs did not keep up. We were renting a pipeline that belonged to someone else, and when we stopped renting it there was nothing underneath — no ranking, no profile with any weight, nothing with our name on it that a homeowner could find on their own.
Voxaris is the thing I wish someone had built for us: the visibility you own, so the calls come to you instead of being sold to you.
Industries
Built for businesses people find by searching for someone nearby.
- Featured
Roofing
The flagship vertical — storm cycles, insurance work, and a sales floor that lives on speed.
HVAC
Emergency demand that goes to whoever answers first and shows up soonest.
Plumbing
Urgent, local, and decided in the first three results a panicked homeowner sees.
Electrical
Licence-and-trust buying, where reviews and a real local presence do the selling.
Restoration
Water, fire, and mold work won in the hour after the damage happens.
Professional services
Law and other advice businesses, where AI answers are already sending the referrals.
The second half
Already getting calls? Turn more of them into jobs.
Getting found is half the system. The other half is what happens in the ninety seconds after the phone rings — and that half is software we already built.
Pitch — instant estimator
A homeowner types an address and gets a real price before anyone picks up a phone.
Sydney — voice AI
Answers on the first ring, day or night, and books the appointment.
Text AI
Replies to every new lead within seconds, because minute one beats tomorrow.
The dashboard
Where the leads, the sources, and the follow-ups all land. Included, not sold separately.
Questions
The five we get asked every week.
- How does your pricing work?
- Flat monthly. No percentage of your ad spend, no long-term contract, cancel any time, and you own everything we build. What the engagement actually costs depends on how many markets you want to own and how much of the system you need built from scratch — so we quote it on a call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people who read it.
- How long before I see results?
- Paid channels can produce calls in the first weeks. Organic visibility — Google, Maps, and the AI answers that read them — is a compounding asset: expect early movement inside the first couple of months and the real position around month six. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is describing an ad, not a ranking.
- What do you need from me?
- Access, not hours. Your Google Business Profile, your domain, your existing analytics if you have them, and a short call to get the service areas and the trades right. After that the work is ours; your job is answering the phone.
- Do you work with my industry?
- The system is built for local businesses that get hired by people nearby — home services first, and professional services like law firms too. Roofing is the vertical we know best. If your customers find you by searching for someone local, the system applies.
- Who owns the website when we stop working together?
- You do. The site, the domain, the content, the Google Business Profile, the ad accounts, the phone numbers — all of it is yours and stays yours. Nothing switches off when an engagement ends. That is the whole point of building it instead of renting it.
Stop renting the phone call.
Fifteen minutes, no deck. We look at what your town is already searching for, where you currently show up, and what it would take to own it.
