What this covers

Voxaris operates Voxaris Marketing Mind, a marketing operations platform we use to manage advertising and social accounts on behalf of our clients. When an authorized account owner connects a platform to Marketing Mind — for example, signing in with Facebook to link a Meta Ads account, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or Google account — we store the data needed to operate that connection on their behalf.

This page explains exactly what we store and how you can have it deleted.

What we store when you connect an account

• An OAuth access token issued by the platform (e.g. Meta), stored encrypted at rest. We never receive or store your password.
• Identifiers and names of the assets you authorize: ad account IDs, Page IDs, Instagram business account IDs, and your platform user ID.
• Performance metrics we read back from the platform (spend, impressions, clicks, leads) to power reporting and recommendations.

We use this data only to read and manage marketing campaigns on the connected account's behalf, and only for the account that authorized the connection. We do not sell it or share it for third-party marketing.

Delete your data — option 1: in the app

Open mind.voxaris.io, go to your client's Connections page, and click Disconnect on the platform you want removed. Disconnecting immediately revokes the stored access token with the platform and deletes the associated tokens and connection records from our systems.

Delete your data — option 2: request by email

Email privacy@voxaris.io from the address associated with your account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," and tell us which connected account(s) to remove (or request full deletion of all data we hold about you).

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm in writing when it is done. We will delete the OAuth tokens, the connection records, and any cached account identifiers and metrics tied to the request, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

Revoking from the platform side

You can also revoke Voxaris Marketing Mind's access directly from the platform at any time. For Meta: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, then remove "Voxaris Marketing Mind." Once access is revoked, the tokens we hold become invalid; submit a deletion request above if you also want the historical records removed.

Automated deletion callback

When you remove the app from Meta, Meta notifies Voxaris via an automated data-deletion callback. On receiving it, we delete the corresponding user's tokens and connection records and return a confirmation code you can use to track the request.
