About · Orlando, FL
A roofing company should never lose a job because it answered the phone too late.
Voxaris is a founder-led AI company in Orlando, Florida. I build and run the lead-to-job system for home-service contractors, branded as your shop, not mine. Here's why it exists and how I run it.
Why this exists
Most jobs are lost before anyone picks up a hammer.
Here's what roofers kept telling me: the leads come in, but they leak out. A homeowner fills out a form at 9pm and waits. A call goes to voicemail during a job. By the time someone follows up Monday, three other companies already gave a number. The homeowner books with whoever priced first.
And it's worse than that now. People ask AI which contractor to call before they ever open Google. If you're invisible to those answers, you're not even in the running. Slow quotes, missed calls, and being unsearchable - that's where the money goes.
So I built the thing I wished existed for the contractors I work with: an instant satellite roof estimator that prices a roof from just an address in about 30 seconds, books the inspection, and drops the lead in your CRM. That's the front door. The rest of the suite handles the calls, the messages, the marketing, and the search visibility around it.

Who's behind it
Founder-led, contractor-to-contractor.
I'm Ethan Stopperich. I started Voxaris in Orlando, and I run it. There's no faceless agency and no sales floor between you and the person who builds your system - you talk to me.
I work with home-service contractors first because that's where the gap is widest: great crews doing great work, losing jobs to whoever happened to reply faster. Roofing is the flagship. The approach is the same one I'd want sold to me - show me it works on my own address, let me run it free for a month, and don't dress it up with numbers you can't back.
When I build something for a contractor, it goes out under their name. That's the point. You get the system; your customers get your brand.

How I run it
The honesty is the strategy, not a slogan.
A lot of this industry runs on fake urgency and made-up results. I'd rather be the boring, straight answer. Three rules I don't bend.
Prove before you pay
You see the estimator run on a real address before you spend a dollar. Yours, a customer's, a famous one, your pick. Then you get 30 days free. If it doesn't book jobs, you walk. That's the whole pitch, and it's the same one I'd want if I were the contractor.
It carries your name, not mine
Everything we build is white-labeled. Your logo, your domain, your brand, start to finish. Homeowners see your company and book with your company. You own the customer and the relationship. Voxaris stays in the background where it belongs.
No fake leads, no inflated numbers
I'd rather lose a sale than make up a stat. We don't run bots that pretend to be your front desk, and we don't pad the dashboard. When we have a real number, we show it. When we don't, we say so. The working product is the proof.

What we've built
Real contractors, real sites, running now.
I'd rather point you at things you can open in a browser than recite a stat sheet. A few of the builds:
- ✦Noland's RoofingThe instant satellite estimator, white-labeled and live on their site.
- ✦The Kitchen & Bath Store of OrlandoA full site build at tkbso.com.
- ✦Pinho LawA site and marketing system at pinholaw.com.

The fastest way to judge me is to watch it work.
Bring any address and I'll show you the estimator measure and price a roof live, on your branding. Then you decide.
