How pricing works
We won’t publish a number that would be wrong for you. We will publish the structure.
Most agencies hide both. The structure is the part you can actually judge before a call — whether the incentives point the same way yours do, and whether you keep what gets built. Here it is in full.
Flat monthly · no % of ad spend · no long-term contracts · cancel anytime · you own everything we build.
The four terms
What the arrangement actually is.
Flat monthly
One number, the same every month, agreed before anything starts. It does not move because you had a good month, and it does not move because your ad spend went up.
No percentage of ad spend
The most common agency model pays the agency more the more you spend, which is a conflict of interest sitting inside your budget. We do not take a cut of media. What you put into ads goes into ads.
No long-term contract
Month to month. Cancel any time. The work has to earn the next month on its own — which is the only arrangement that keeps an agency honest about whether it is still working.
You own everything we build
The website, the domain, the content, the Google Business Profile, the ad accounts, the phone numbers, the data. All in your name from day one, all still yours the day you leave.
What moves the number
Four things decide what your engagement costs.
None of them are secret. If you can answer these four for your own business, you already know roughly where you land before we speak.
How many markets you want to own
One town is a different job from six. Every additional service area is another set of rankings, another local profile to earn, and more content that has to be genuinely about that place rather than a find-and-replace of the last one.
What already exists
Some businesses need a site rebuilt from nothing. Others have a decent site, a claimed profile, and reviews already coming in, and need the visibility work on top. Those are not the same amount of building.
Whether ads are in scope
Local Services Ads and paid search are managed work with their own cadence. Some engagements are organic-only. Your media budget is separate from the engagement either way, and it is paid to Google, not to us.
How much of the software you use
The estimator, the voice AI, the text follow-up, and the dashboard are part of the system rather than a separate invoice — but what you actually switch on changes what we are building and running.
Straight answers
The questions this page usually raises.
- Why isn't there a price on this page?
- Because any number we published would be wrong for most of the people who read it. A single-location business that needs a site and one town's rankings, and a five-location operation that needs six markets and managed ads, are not the same engagement. Publishing one figure would either scare off the first or badly undersell the second. What we can publish — and have, above — is exactly how the money is structured, which is the part most agencies will not tell you until the third call.
- Is my ad budget included?
- No, and be suspicious of anyone who blends the two. Media is paid to Google or Meta directly, from your account, and you can see every dollar of it. The engagement fee is what you pay us for the work. Keeping them separate is what makes the spend auditable.
- What happens if I cancel?
- You keep everything. The site stays up on your domain, the profile stays claimed in your name, the ad accounts stay in your account, and the leads already in your CRM stay there. Nothing switches off, because nothing was ever hosted on our leash.
- What does this kind of work cost on the open market?
- We publish that separately, because it is a fair question and the answer is not flattering to everyone selling it. Standalone Google Business Profile management, for instance, gets quoted anywhere from a few hundred to four figures a month — and if you are already paying someone for SEO, it should not be a separate line item at all. Our breakdown of what that work actually costs, and what the separate line item usually signals, is on the blog.
- How do I find out what it would cost for me?
- Fifteen minutes on a call. We look at your markets, what you already have, and what would actually need building, and you get a straight number at the end of it — not a proposal deck three days later.
